What is the DW Wash Shield?
Our protection promise, included in every membership. Four times a year we check what water attacks first: tracks, weep holes, gutters, siding, seals. What's covered depends on your plan. Every visit ends with a written report, and your home is Shield Certified. Learn more.
How does a DW Wash membership work?
Four scheduled visits across the year. Glass, tracks, gutters, and more, depending on your tier. One plan, billed quarterly.
How does billing work?
Simple quarterly billing. You’ll get an invoice each quarter — pay by card or bank transfer. No hidden fees.
What if it rains on my visit day?
We reschedule at no charge, and we confirm with you before we come out.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior work. For interior visits, we’ll coordinate a time that works for you.
What if something gets damaged?
If we break it, we repair or replace it at our expense. Just report it within 7 days.
Can I cancel my membership?
Residential memberships need 30 days’ notice. The full terms are in the service agreement.
Do you offer one-time cleans?
Yes. But most of our clients stay on the quarterly rhythm — it’s the difference between glass that’s always clean and a project twice a year.
